Students at LCI participate in many artistic ventures including an Art Show at Lakeshore Arts Gallery in Mimico. In addition to a professional Main Stage Production in the spring, students in the drama department participate in Play by the Lake which is a drama festival featuring three one act plays written, directed and produced entirely by students.

2017 Teaser:

Lakeshore has participated in the Greater Toronto Regional Competition since 2015.  Our team meets daily during the build season (January and February). Ms Shuster is currently leading a group of students as they await this year's challenge which will be released January 7, 2017.

LCI Ambassador Program

Students who are looking to get more involved at school without a major commitment should join the Ambassador Program. Ambassadors are responsible for helping out at parents' nights, commencement, open houses, schools tours, etc. Ambassadors must be comfortable with greeting guests, giving directions and generally being the welcoming committee of Lakeshore.

It's a great way to be a part of the school, get volunteer hours, and have something for your résumé. If you are interested, speak to Ms. Ross.
