Reminder: All TDSB elementary (JK-8) and secondary (9-12) schools will be closed to students on Friday, February 21, 2020 as a result of a full strike by members of the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) and the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF). All TDSB schools will re-open to students on Monday, February 24, 2020.

February is Course Selection Month!

Students must select courses for the 2020/21 school year by Friday, February 28, 2020. Please see the information guide with instructions on how to complete course selection in myblueprint.ca/tdsb.

LCI Semester 1 Exams

For students who require Special Education accommodations (as listed on their IEPs under Assessment Accommodations on page 2), they will need to complete this  Google Form.

These are accommodations that are to be provided outside the regular exam room (for example, scribe/reader, use of computer or assistive technology, such as Read, Write, and/or to write in a quiet space).  Additional time will be given to all students under the supervision of the presiding teacher, up to 30 minutes.  After this, students can be escorted to room 211 to finish their exams. 

The final date for completion of the Google Doc Exam Accommodation form is Friday January 17th, 2020.

Applications are required for access to the CyberARTS, AP, and the CIST (Centre of Innovation for Skills and Technology) WoodLINKS (fine furniture), CyberARTS, graphic design, photography and video production.

All students are invited to participate in our extra-curricular activities. The bantam, junior and senior level teams compete in a variety of sports such as football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, hockey, cricket, tennis, golf, baseball, cross-country, track and field and wresting. There is a wide array of clubs, including FIRST Robotics, environmental, poetry, student leadership and student council to name but a few, providing something for everyone. LCI has an excellent intramural program that recently earned provincial recognition.  The access to the Sports Dome provides student with year-round access to field sports including soccer, football, lacrosse, and the like.
