Grade 10:

  • If a blank appears on the student's timetable, they should report to the library during this “spare” period. They will receive further instructions upon their arrival.
  • Changes to grade 10 Semester 1 timetables will only be made in cases where the student has failed a prerequisite or has passed summer school for a course currently on their timetable.

Grade 11 and 12:

  • If a blank appears on the student's timetable and a spare was not requested(Gr 12 only), the student should report to the library during this “spare” period. They will receive further instructions upon their arrival.
  • Students wishing to change a class can fill in the Course Request Change Google Form available AFTER SEPT 4th.Changes can only be made if space exists in the requested class(es)
  • Students must follow their timetable as is until they are seen by their counsellor. They should not be in the halls or attending the class they hope to switch into.Failure to do so will delay your timetable change request.

Finally,September is an extremely busy month in guidance and as such we respectfully request that students not come to guidance to request timetable changes but instead follow the procedures outlined above.

Looking forward to working with you in the upcoming school year.
