The Woburn Library & Learning Commons (LCC) is a welcoming space for all members of the Woburn community. Our focus is on supporting students and staff with cross-curricular literacy skills and research strategies.
The LCC is open daily before school, after school and at lunch to allow time for students to access the facilities and resources.
We offer a range of books for all different interests and reading levels. The LCC runs the official Forest of Reading: White Pine Book Club each year with a focus on promoting Canadian authors. The book club meets bi-weekly from December until May each year. All Woburn students are welcome!
The LCC is also a space for students to come and de-stress. We offer a lot of activities such as LEGO, arts & activity stations, a puzzle table, monthly crafting activities and much more in an effort to help students balance school work and their mental health & well-being.
