The Booking Process
Outdoor Education Day Centre bookings can be booked starting in approximately May the year prior. Each elementary school in the TDSB has an allocated number of trips based on the school population.
All bookings are made through the TOES Booking Application. Only the principal, or someone they designate can book on behalf of a class in the school. Any classroom teacher can submit a waitlist request through the application. Waitlist requests need to be approved by the school principal before being offered.

Program bookings cancelled within a three week time frame of the date booked will be charged a $500 cancellation fee through a journal entry to the school.
User fees help ensure the continuation of these learning experiences through partial cost recovery; the fee schedule reflects rates subsidized by the Toronto District School Board.
Fees, which are based on your school's placement on the 2023 Learning Opportunities Index, are charged for the number of students that arrive on the day of the trip. We will complete a Journal Entry Budget Transfer and include your Office Administrator and Principal on the email to Accounting.
