Through a variety of activities in TUSC’s IT Lab, students explore patterns, shapes, solids and types of symmetry (using our iPads and custom app). Armed with this knowledge and digital cameras, students search for real world examples of these elements on buildings in downtown Toronto. To encourage literacy connections through writing and/or the creation of media works, the students’ digital photographs along with suggested activities are available as an electronic download.
Please Note: TUSC’s IT Lab is fully accessible for students in wheelchairs; contact TUSC for more information
